This rum greets you with deep, rich aromas of caramelized sugar and sun-ripened tropical fruits. Hints of dried mango, apricot, and a touch of roasted coconut blend with delicate notes of oak and a whisper of warm spices. There’s also a gentle, warm smokiness, coming from the hickory-cold-smoked oak casks, adding an intriguing depth to the aroma.

TASTE

A well-rounded rum with a natural sweetness that balances its depth. Initial flavors of dark molasses and honeyed figs transition into layers of toasted almonds, cinnamon, and a touch of nutmeg. The subtle smokiness from the cask treatment lingers in the background, enhancing the complexity without overpowering the smooth notes of cocoa, dried pineapple, and oak. A long, warming finish ties it all together.
