OM Whiskyn
In autumn 2022, in collaboration with whisky blogger and tasting leader Samuel Lindlöf, we have launched a unique whisky where Samuel himself has been actively involved in the process and contributed with his expertise. Samuel has carefully chosen to age the whisky in three small casks (new chestnut, sherry chestnut and sherry American oak) and two bourbon casks to create a complex and rich flavour profile.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Dark dried fruits, vanilla, orange peel and sweet smoke create a rich and enticing aroma.
TASTE
Salt, straw, chocolate and spicy tannins are balanced by a strong dry smoke for an intense flavour experience.
