TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Grassy with intense notes of tropical fruit like banana, pineapple and orange. Soft elements of vanilla that come from the cask.
TASTE
Generous and complex taste with clear notes of caramel and vanilla. Dry, peppery and spicy finish.
Whiskey Sour
5 cl Blind Seal Straight Rye Whiskey
3 cl Lemon juice
2 cl Simple syrup
1 Egg whites
3 drops of Angostura bitters on top
Double shake and double strain into a chilled rocks glass. Double shake and double strain into a chilled-footed glass.
