ABOUT
We champion unexpected whisky methods, and our latest argument, the rare Sweet Toast casks, is a testament to this. These casks add a bright color and light, sweet-roasted notes. To balance the sweetness, we've combined it with whisky aged in Sauternes casks, creating a unique flavor with clear traits from both the sweet and the toasted. Raise your glass to a sweet toast!
TASTING NOTES
NOSE
The whisky has notes of vanilla, honeydew melon, pineapple, mango and tangerine zest, but also roasted nuts that give the impression of orange chocolate and marzipan.
TASTE
Clear tannins and a portion of smoke give body to the whisky and make you think of a box of the finest cigars from Havana. Long finish in the mouth with flavours of ripe sweet and sour fruit and toasted bread,
chocolate and leather.
