This whisky is the manifestation of Agitator: a revolutionary single malt matured in four distinctive casks: new American oak, bourbon, sherry, and chestnut.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE
There is a lovely, light fruit, dominated by citrus, red apple and pineapple, together with dried fruit, coming from the sherry and chestnut casks.
TASTE
Vanilla, sweet fruits, saltiness and a hint of smoke.
EN KALL SVENSK SOMMAR
40 ml The Swedish Malt
5 ml Punsch
10 ml Raspberry Liqueur
30 ml Espresso
10 ml malic acid from Sandberg's Drink Lab (or 5 ml lemon juice)
A pinch of salt
Shake all ingredients with ice for 10 seconds. Then strain into a suitable glass either with or without ice as shown.
