The Evidens range shows that a lower cask strength of 55% produces a deeper and more complex whisky. Our Evidens Sauternes is matured in casks that previously held sweet white Sauternes wines from Bordeaux. This gives the whisky a unique and rich flavour profile.

NOSE
Tropical fruit flavours dominated by stone fruit, honeydew melon and pineapple.
TASTE
Balanced flavour of fruit with a straw touch and a slightly sweet finish that lingers to the end. In the background, a slight smokiness can be discerned.
